Conveniently located just outside the city gate, making it easy to drive in without going into the center. The hotel had spacious bedrooms with comfy beds, and free water, tea, and coffee in the rooms. Additionally, the free wifi was a nice perk.

The free parking spaces were often full, so we had to park in the garage under the hotel, which cost 12 euros. The rooms had a cold atmosphere, and the beds were too hard for our liking.

Standard twin room included climate control, a sitting area and an electronic key card. Great for family.

The hotel offered a variety of amenities to make our Easter stay truly enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a range of options to choose from. The hotel was conveniently located with easy access to nearby attractions, making it a perfect base for exploring the city.

The rooms were a bit outdated and in need of renovation. The Wi-Fi was also slow and unreliable, which made it difficult to stay connected during our stay.

I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel in Lubeck and had a fantastic experience. The location of this place was perfect, with a bus stop just opposite and the old city centre within easy walking distance. It made exploring the city incredibly convenient. Additionally, the service here was top-notch. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ensuring that my needs were met. The room itself was comfortable and well-equipped, with amenities like air conditioning, a mini-bar, and even a sitting area. I also enjoyed the variety offered at the buffet breakfast. I had a great stay and would highly recommend this hotel to friends.

Excellant service in a good location near to most ammenities

The family room is great for families with kids, it is a bit separated from the main room with a sliding door and has a bunk bed and lots of toys as well as video games.The pool was very warm which makes it great for younger kids.

The typical hotel smell from carpets is somewhat overwhelming. The pool area plus shower was very dirty plus the floor is extremely slippery.

Had a great Christmas stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean and spacious, perfect for our family. The hotel is conveniently located near the city center, making it easy to explore the Christmas markets and attractions.

The breakfast buffet was a bit disappointing. It took a while for the staff to refill the dishes and clear the tables, leading to a bit of chaos.

The food in the restaurant is good but there is not very much to choose from. I would like to have bigger variety on menus.
